An in-person instructor observation conducted by a Lagree Senior Master Trainer. This service is designed for Lagree instructors seeking focused, in-person feedback on their teaching during a live class.
Includes:
• In-person observation of one live class (regularly scheduled or mock)
• Post-class feedback and notes
Availability: Local and by request (Charlotte and surrounding areas), or when Dayron is already traveling to your location for another training or event. After purchase, you will receive a follow-up email to coordinate details.

Instructor Teaching Assessment (Virtual)

A comprehensive instructor assessment conducted by a Lagree Senior Master Trainer. This service is designed for Lagree instructors at any level seeking structured, objective feedback on their teaching.
Includes:
• Written routine review focusing on structure, flow, and sequencing
• 15-minute teaching video review with feedback on cueing, transitions, and form
• Live Zoom class observation with post-class feedback and notes
Availability: Limited monthly spots. After purchase, you will receive a follow-up email with instructions for submitting materials and coordinating the live observation.
