Do I need any Lagree experience?
Not at all! This class is designed for all levels — from first‑timers to seasoned athletes.
What should I bring?
Just water, a small towel, grippy socks or barefoot on the Microformer and athletic wear you can move in. Dayron will provide all the equipment, including the Microformers.
Will this class help my golf game?
Absolutely. Lagree builds core strength, balance, and control — exactly what golfers need for a stronger, more stable swing.
What if I’ve never worked out before?
You’re welcome here. Dayron tailors every class so you can move at your own level while still getting a great workout.

Class will be held weather permitting. In the event of bad weather, the session may be rescheduled and all bookings will receive full credit toward the new date. All bookings are final and must be made in advance — no on‑site payments will be accepted.
