Join the Lagree family & earn your Level 1 Certification

To become a Lagree Instructor you must complete Lagree Level 1 Certification. This is a 2 day intensive course which covers:

• the defining principles of Lagree Fitness

• training techniques for small and large classes

• the mechanics and variations of the Megaformer

• the art of teaching the science of Lagree

The class will be taught by Lagree Senior Master Teacher Trainer (SMTT) and Ambassador, Dayron Booth. Teacher trainings can be held in person, hosted by other studios, or virtually (trainee must have Megaformer or Microformer). *For entire studio certification inquiries email dayboothfit@gmail.com.

STEP 1:

• Book your class to reserve spot by clicking the link:

• Scroll and find the class date you’d like to attend, choose from April 15-16, May 20-21, June 10-11, July 15-16, Aug 12-13.

• After you’ve chosen the class date, click on the SIGN UP button and you will be redirected to create a login on Vagaro.

• Click CHECKOUT and follow the prompts to complete the transaction, you will receive an email confirmation with the class booking.

STEP 2:

• Email dayboothfit@gmail.com with the subject line: Lagree Attendee and your class date.

• In the email provide your full name, email address and the studio where you will be instructing.

STEP 3:

Create an account on www.lagreeacademy.com. Once created, allow 1-3 business days for your account to be activated and granted access to certification course materials.
